LASH APPOINTMENT POLICY
A $20 NONREFUNDABLE DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO BOOK ANY LASH SERVICE APPOINTMENT. THIS GOES TOWARDS TOTAL BALANCE OF SERVICE(S).
DEPOSIT WILL BE LOST AND FORFEITED FOR ANY NO-SHOWS, SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS, AND ANY CANCELLATIONS WITH THE 48 HOURS PRIOR TO APPOINTMENT.
NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS ON ANY SERVICE.
PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF YOU WILL BE RUNNING LATE.
BEING 20 MINUTES OR MORE LATE TO YOUR APPT WILL RESULT IN EITHER A $10 LATE FEE (IF MY SCHEDULE PERMITS) OR CANCELLATION AND LOSING YOUR DEPOSIT IN WHICH A NEW DEPOSIT WILL BE REQUIRED.
IN CASE OF AN ALLERGIC REACTION, PLEASE CONTACT ME WITHIN 48 HOURS FOR A COMPLIMENTARY REMOVAL.
PLEASE NOTIFY ME WITHIN 48 HOURS OF YOUR LASH SET IF THERE ARE ANY ISSUES AND I WILL OFFER A COMPLIMENTARY FIX.
I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR LASHES AFTER THE 48 HOUR PERIOD.
FILLS MUST BE BOOKED WITHIN 2-3 WEEKS OF YOUR LAST APPOINTMENT AND MUST HAVE 40% OR MORE OF LASHES REMAINING ON EACH EYE AFTER REMOVING OUTGROWN LASHES.
ANY APPOINTMENTS AFTER THE 3 WEEK MARK IS AUTOMATICALLY CONSIDERED A FULL SET, EVEN IF YOU STILL HAVE LASHES ON.
